This website is operated by Nexasoft Technologies Pvt Ltd (“Nexasoft”, “we”, “us”), headquartered in Vadodara, Gujarat, India. For the personal data described in this policy, we are the data fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

When you contact us through our form or by email, we collect the information you choose to give us:

• Your name and work email address
• Your company name and phone number, if you provide them
• The services you're interested in, your estimated budget and your message

Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. This is used to keep the website secure and running, not to identify or profile you.

This website does not currently use advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.

Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
